At the Survivor Society, we are developing our own culture where survivors are encouraged to explore their own journey towards healing. Check out our blogs to see what our survivors are up to!

Participating in and hosting events allows us to inform our communities and help raise awareness surrounding male sexual abuse. Connecting with survivors and their supports has also been key to furthering their personal development.

Many survivors express a sense of loneliness and seek a feeling of belonging. Luckily, our biggest asset is the network we’ve formed with survivors and their supporters. Click below to find out how you can connect with others like you.

  • Kathryn Sutherland President

When Kathryn found out her son, Paul, had been sexually abused, she was devastated. Rather than sit back, she has since used her energies to create positive, everlasting change for Paul and other survivors.

    Paul Leduc Chief Executive Officer

A survivor of childhood sexual abuse himself, Paul hopes to promote the healing of others by sharing his own story of abuse, struggle, and rebirth.

  • CSMSSA provided me an outlet where I realized that I was not alone, a lesson which took me years to accept. CSMSSA will always have significance to me, as they helped me when I needed it the most.
